USB MasterFile also makes backup and recovery effortless -- simply replicate case databases to an external drive for backup. If the office server fails, users continue working directly off the external drive until the server has been restored, and then just replicate back. For security and peace of mind, cases are stored in their own fully encrypted database files.
USB MasterFile is an add-on MasterFile product that costs just $49 per user.
